"I ordered a Liberty safe through ISC on Black Friday, 2022. The safe finally arrived in August of 2023. Although the wait was ridiculous, it wasn't ISC's fault. It appears that Liberty wants customers to purchase directly through the Liberty website rather than through dealers, and so they are prioritizing orders placed through the site over those placed through dealers. (After seven months of waiting, I actually had to contact Liberty directly to get my order processed.) That said, the safe is fantastic, and the ISC crew did a top notch job of installing it. Although it was a fairly complicated installation, they got it finished in record time and without charging me additional fees that would typically apply (a courtesy to me given my long wait). I would not hesitate to recommend ISC, but unfortunately I would caution anyone against ordering any Liberty product through any dealer. If you want a Liberty, order it through their site directly. ISC are rock stars though, and I appreciate their patience with my growing impatience over the long wait for this order to get fulfilled. I would use them again in the future for any safe related purchases or repairs."

"Excellent service and support! I Needed a New safe as I do not want to transport my other safe from the family farm close to 300 miles. Even having a trailer while we could do it it would still be expensive and frustrating. Independence Safe Co. helped me decide the size I needed and could logistically fit through the doors/hallway of our home without any problems. Once we picked out what we were looking for they quickly got it ordered because it was a custom interior layout that they did not have in stock despite having a large selection available. Once they got it in they contacted me too confirm delivery. We got it in and set up in my office and that is were it has set since we got it in the fall of 2016. I like Liberty Safes and haven't had any issues with it but know that they would be there to help if we needed to use Liberty's Lifetime Warranty. My family has use Browning and Winchester safes for quite a long time but I really like the Liberty that I have!
